Iss A/S cerca un Platform Engineer specializzato in Analytics, Data & AI per guidare la piattaforma cloud. Sarai parte di ISS Tech Team con hub tecnologici in Danimarca, Polonia e Portogallo, lavorando in un contesto ibrido e globale.

Il ruolo richiede esperienza su Azure, IaC e automazione, oltre a capacità di collaborare con team di sviluppo e progetti, con focus su AI e databricks nell’infrastruttura cloud.

Competenze

• DevOps Engineer con focus su infrastrutture cloud e automazione.
• Esperienza pratica con Azure e servizi correlati (ARM, VNet, Storage).
• Conoscenza di strumenti IaC (Terraform o GitOps).
• Comprovata esperienza con CI/CD (Azure DevOps o GitHub Actions).
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese sia scritto che parlato.

Mansioni

• Progettare, implementare e mantenere infrastrutture scalabili e sicure su Azure.
• Costruire e gestire CI/CD pipelines con Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
• Monitorare prestazioni e salute del sistema con strumenti di log e monitoraggio.
• Garantire controlli di sicurezza (RBAC, identità gestite, NSG).

The Job Role as Platform Engineer (Analytics, Data & AI):

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer/IT Engineer with strong experience in Azure services to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing, automating, and improving our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on function apps, storages, databricks and AI services like Microsoft Foundry on Azure. You will collaborate closely with the development and project teams from our Analytics, Data & AI area. These platforms have a global scale.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Virtual Networks, Subnets, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Event Grid, Azure Monitor, Diagnostic Settings, and Azure Container Instances.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including self‑hosted agents, artifact management, and automated pipeline execution.
• Monitor and improve system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Check_MK, Azure Monitor, and logging frameworks.
• Define, implement, and maintain security controls aligned with ISS standards (RBAC, managed identities, service principals, NSGs, secure service-to-service communication).
• Optimize infrastructure costs and performance using Azure Cost Management and related tooling.
• Develop automation and integrations using Python scripts, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs.
• Support our AI infrastructure: Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure API management.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and application layers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to ongoing improvements within the team.

Key qualifications

Must have:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role focused on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including architecture fundamentals (Subscriptions, Resource Groups, networking, compute, load balancers, security, monitoring).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or GitOps tooling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Nice have

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash), including API integrations and Azure SDK usage.
• Understanding of cost, security, and performance optimization in Azure environments.
• Have a strong interest in understanding the Azure AI landscape and want to be part of delivering AI platforms for developers to use for building strong solution.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong communication skills, including direct customer interaction experience.
