Ayes in Italy is seeking a Mechanical Engineer – Plastic Components to design and develop plastic parts and assemblies across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with Production Engineering, Product Certification, and Service to meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, experience with plastic components, proficiency in 3D CAD (Creo) and PLM (Windchill a plus), and English fluency, plus a proactive, team‑oriented

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in mechanical design with plastic components; entry-level considered.
Strong knowledge of 3D CAD tools (preferably Creo) and PLM systems (Windchill a plus).
Understanding of plastics materials and injection molding processes.
Fluency in English, written and spoken; good analytical/problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on plastic parts.
Ensure designs meet functional, manufacturing, and cost requirements.
Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
Manage BOMs and related data within the PLM system.
Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize design and industrialization.
