Capwatt promote, develop, and operate integrated energy optimization solutions, contributing to a sustainable energy paradigm. To integrate the Operations team in Italy we are searching a Plant Manager:

Main Responsibilities:

  • First level team coordination (Schedule; Holidays, Evaluation feedback)
  • Assist in the daily operation of the biogas plant, ensuring processes run smoothly
  • Monitor equipment and plant performance, addressing basic issues or escalating as needed
  • Procurement and purchase procedures
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment under supervision
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in biogas plant operations, including team supervision
  • Basic understanding of anaerobic digestion and energy generation processes
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and willingness to learn maintenance procedures
  • Awareness of safety and environmental compliance requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative
  • Basic knowledge of Excel for simple data entry and reporting, and Outlook for communication and scheduling
  • English knowledge will be a plus
