The ideal candidate has a master's degree, over 7 years of HR industrial experience, and is fluent in English. This role includes responsibilities in health & safety and budget management, offering a dynamic work environment and potential for international mobility.

Competenze

• 7+ years of HR industrial experience in multinational structured environments.
• Proven experience in managing industrial / labour relations.
• Available for international mobility.

Mansioni

• Facilitates HR processes and services for local industrial department.
• Supports implementation of Group guidelines and policies.
• Monitors HR and OVHs costs for Plant resources.
