BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p. A is seeking a Planning Specialist to ensure accurate entry of Production Orders and to coordinate with Quality and Business Units, delivering detailed production schedules across lines while complying with GMP and SAP constraints.

You will manage planning tools and collaborate with Production and Materials Management to optimize capacity, coordinating engineering, qualification and maintenance activities, and monitoring shift strategies to improve time efficiency.

Competenze

• MA degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent English working knowledge.

Mansioni

• Entering Production Orders into the system and coordinating requests from Quality Unit and Business Unit per company procedures.
• Executing detailed production schedules for all assigned production lines within constraints and requirements.
• Managing and improving planning tools, spreadsheets and databases.
• Collaborating with Production to optimize capacity and ensure demand from the Business Unit is met, with coordination from Materials Management.
• Coordinating planning of engineering, qualification, and maintenance activities impacting plant utilization.
• Preparing reports monitoring occupancy status of capabilities and promoting tools for improving time efficiency.
• Reviewing and monitoring shift strategy for planned departments.

We are currently looking for a Planning Specialistthat will mainly ensure:

• Managing the entry of Production Orders into the system, coordinating requests from the Quality Unit and Business Unit in accordance with relevant company procedures
• Executing detailed production schedules for all assigned production lines based on instructions received and in compliance with technical and operational constraints and requirements
• Managing and improving planning tools, spreadsheets and databases
• Collaborating with the Production unit to ensure that production capabilities are optimized in terms of planning, ensuring that the demand transferred from the Business Unit is met, always in concert with the Materials Management group
• Coordinating, with the relevant departments, the planning of engineering, qualification, and maintenance activities that impact plant utilization
• Preparing reports monitoring the occupancy status of company capabilities and promotes tools for improving standard time efficiency
• Review and monitor the shift strategy to be applied to the planned departments
  

Requisiti

Main Requirements:
