  • Monitor order and shipment status, proactively identifying issues.
  • Act as the main contact with suppliers for timely material arrivals.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure necessary materials are available.
  • Handle in-company and out-of-company correspondence regarding logistics.
  • Evaluate customer logistical complaints and implement preventive measures.
  • Follow defined indicators to meet targets and ensure job security.
  • Participate in additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • Immediately inform the manager of any negative situations encountered.

Overview

We are looking for a Planning Logistics Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • To ensure goods and materials are delivered on time by coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and resolving shipping delays to keep operations and projects on schedule.
  • To manage tracking orders, communicating with various internal teams (like production and purchasing) and external partners (like vendors and transportation companies), and actively solving any problems that might cause delays.
  • Control, confirmation of periodic customer orders, complete and accurate time entry into the SAP system, (serial orders and spare parts orders)
  • Order & Shipment Monitoring - Track the status of orders and shipments, proactively identifying potential delays or issues.
  • Supplier Coordination - Act as the main point of contact with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials arrive on schedule.
  • Inventory Management - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure necessary materials are available. Keeping the inventory coding parameters related to the department under control and keeping up to date, ensuring that finished product stocks are kept under control.
  • To make the necessary in-company and out-of-company correspondence and to provide information on top of each other,
  • To evaluate logistical complaints from the customer and take preventive measures, to carry out the necessary actions for customer logistical satisfaction,
  • To follow the defined indicators in accordance with the given targets
  • To ensure that the development, implementation of activities for human, plant and production security are planned and managed in accordance with the law to ensure and protect job security in the area responsible
  • Undertaking different duties and responsibilities granted by the administrator when necessary, within the department or organization, participating in projects, making suggestions or creating solution
  • To inform the manager immediately in a negative situation about the jobs he is following
