Physiotherapist

Reports To: Senior Doctor

26 weeks onboard/ 8 weeks off

Flights, travel, accommodation, meals provided.

Summary:

The Physiotherapist supports the medical team in assessing and treating crew members, preventing, and promoting health and safety onboard. Works closely with the Safety Officer, Staff Captain, and Medical Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physiotherapy treatments as requested by the Doctor.
  • Conduct injury prevention programs, ergonomic training, and stretching sessions in key departments.
  • Observe and correct unsafe work practices.
  • Track musculoskeletal injuries and support rehabilitation, including Tele-PT follow-up.
  • Maintain medical records and assist with administrative duties.
  • Participate in safety drills and maintain emergency readiness.
  • Keep licenses current and contribute to inventory management.
Qualifications:
  • MA in Physiotherapy with valid license.
  • 3+ years of physiotherapy experience.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (intermediate to advanced).
