A startup accelerator is seeking a Photonics Co-Founder / Head of Engineering to lead a new venture. You will have the opportunity to build your own startup with salary support, while directly collaborating with experienced entrepreneurs. Ideal candidates are ambitious and have strong communication skills in English. This role is fully remote and offers extensive coaching and fundraising support to help you reach product-market fit and significant revenue milestones.
