• Significant hardware development experience in your specialty (e.g., acoustics, chemistry, electrical engineering, servo mechanisms, etc.).

PROFILE

• You graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or any other relevant field in University.
• You have significant experience in hardware development and more specifically in your specific speciality [Acoustics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering & Servo‑mechanism, Hydrodynamics, Inertia, Quantum technologies, Semiconductor technology, X‑Rays, Materials or other specific technology].
• You are a true team‑player and love to work within a multidisciplinary environment.
• You are clear about the organisation goals and the strategies you are working for, demonstrating an actual customer‑oriented mindset.
• You are very rigorous and analytical, logically examining the steps taken and the outcome to make corrections and produce better results.

COMPETENCIES

• You have a strong technical background in mathematics, science, and computer science, with a great knowledge of your specific speciality laws, norms and standards.
• You have great problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, which makes you able to approach complex issues with curiosity and determination.
• You have the ability to multitask so you can handle several projects simultaneously and still meet the deadlines.

As a Specific Engineering Role within Thales, you will:

• Perform a subset of all the hardware engineering activities applicable to Specific Engineering speciality.

• Formalise the specification and the architectural design to develop the hardware solution or product.

Salary: €35,884.96 – 43,126.00.
