Sandoz Italia is seeking a Field Force Territory Manager for the Treviso and Belluno area to drive growth across pharmacies, groups, and chains. You will set and achieve sales, efficiency, and performance targets while managing activities within budget.

Fluent in Italian and English, you will build strong customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and turn market insights into action to maximize territory results within a compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Representative or similar commercial roles within the generic pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the company portfolio and generic pharmaceutical market.
• Proven customer relationship and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong analytical skills with a sales mindset.
• Results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed objectives.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of market dynamics and competition.
• Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving within compliance and SOPs.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

• Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence, competitor information, and business insights to support decision-making.
• Achieve agreed sales and performance objectives across the assigned territory.

Your Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

Compensation Structure & Criteria

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

• Pay range: €39,000 - €76,000
• Pay frequency: Monthly
• Expected weekly working hours: 40 hours
• Contract type: full time
