Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager with hands-on experience in Data Domain projects to lead end-to-end initiatives across data platforms, analytics, and business intelligence for global pharma programs.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver data-driven transformations, manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, and ensure alignment with data governance, quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and BI projects end to end.
• Hands-on project management approach with involvement in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, BI/reporting teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• End-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Pharma industry experience is a must.
• Candidates must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support project governance, reporting, and status communication.
• Identify project risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.
• Support upcoming project demand across the wider Data portfolio.
