Key responsibilities include managing purchase requests, coordinating onboarding, monitoring payroll, and supporting the General Manager. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience, is proficient in SAP S/4HANA, and possesses excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Competenze

• 3+ years in similar roles required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer purchase requests using SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate regional access badges for Field Force.
• Monitor payroll processes with HR.
• Manage employee expense reports.
• Support the General Manager of Rare Diseases.
• Handle corporate communications and facility activities.
