Personal Assistant – Accounting & Administrative Support

Fully Remote (Candidates must be located in Italy, preferably near Bologna)

Contract Type : Hybrid Contract – Full-Time (January to May) | Part-Time (June onwards) Compensation : Project-based | Competitive, commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a focus on Accounting and Administration to support a dynamic professional team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable using advanced digital tools to manage administrative and financial workflows. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
  • Prepare professional-grade reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data entry and document management.
  • Use digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software, and Adobe Suite to support project workflows.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with a remote team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with a specialization in Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably within remote work settings.
