Responsibilities

• Support selected Spooners by handling personal and professional errands, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities.
• Conduct thorough research on topics relevant to the assisted Spooners and distill findings into clear, concise reports.
• Organize travel experiences by coordinating transportation and accommodation for business and personal trips.
• Manage communications with discretion and efficiency, responding to requests promptly.
• Take ownership of small projects from initial planning through to completion.

The selection process

If you pass our screening, you’ll take a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. This role may stay open for months or be reposted.
