We operate in 70+ countries and spend $200-300k/month on paid media across multiple brands.

We’re bringing this expertise in-house, and need a sharp and dedicated performance marketer to lead it.

What you’ll do

• Manage and scale large ad budgets across Meta and Google
• Design and optimize full-funnel strategies to hit ROAS and CPA goals
• Run creative and audience tests at scale
• Own tracking, analytics, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal creative and leadership teams

You Bring

• Proven record managing$200K+ monthly spend
• Expert in Meta / Google Ads Managers
• Strong data mindset: pixels, UTMs, attribution, dashboards
• Self-sufficient, detail-driven, fluent in English
• Prior e-learning, DTC, or subscription experience is a plus
