Job Overview :

In a fast-growing, global environment with distributed teams, the Culture & Event Manager plays a key role in building and nurturing a strong, inclusive, and authentic company culture.

You will be the main point of reference for all initiatives that shape the company’s internal life, from employee engagement and internal communications to events and programs that strengthen our values and team identity.

Working closely with the HR and Marketing teams, you will translate our mission and values into tangible experiences that foster collaboration, well‑being, and a true sense of belonging, even in a distributed and multicultural setting.

Your goal will be to create a consistent and meaningful employee experience, turning company culture into a real competitive advantage and helping make our organization a place where people can grow, connect, and feel part of something that matters.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement company culture strategies to strengthen values, collaboration, engagement, and sense of belonging across an international and hybrid environment.
  • Plan, organize, and manage internal and external events (team retreats, offsites, conferences, industry meetups), coordinating vendors, budgets, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to embed company values into recognition, learning, and well‑being programs.
  • Support employer branding by representing the company at industry events and initiatives, promoting an open and innovative culture.
  • Oversee internal communication, ensuring consistent storytelling and alignment in sharing initiatives, achievements, and key leadership messages.
  • Partner with HR to monitor employee sentiment and engagement, analyze feedback and data, and propose continuous improvement actions for the employee experience.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external partners efficiently, ensuring high quality and alignment with cultural objectives.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting an inclusive, positive, and growth‑oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Degree in in Communication or Psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles (Culture, Event Management, People Operations, or Internal Communications), preferably within startups or tech scale‑ups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
  • Creative and problem‑solving mindset, with strong attention to detail and the ability to design innovative and engaging initiatives.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing internal and external events, including hybrid and international formats.
  • Data‑informed approach, with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and measure the impact of cultural initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and distributed teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Hands‑on, people‑oriented attitude, and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
