A leading tech company in Italy is seeking a Culture & Event Manager to foster a strong company culture. In this hybrid role, you'll lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and collaboration, manage events, and support branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a degree in Communication or Psychology, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.

You will be the main point of reference for all initiatives that shape the company’s internal life, from employee engagement and internal communications to events and programs that strengthen our values and team identity.
Working closely with the HR and Marketing teams, you will translate our mission and values into tangible experiences that foster collaboration, well-being, and a true sense of belonging, even in a distributed and multicultural setting.
