Your mission: In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates.
You will coordinate HR processes, lead initiatives on performance, culture & engagement, and act as point of reference for compliance, benefits, and the Time & Attendance system.

Responsibilities
  • Support the People Business Partner and local managers across key HR processes (People Planning, job evaluations, pay changes).
  • Act as local contact for Talent Acquisition, helping to coordinate recruiting activities and internship programs.
  • Assist in the delivery of Performance Management and Transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
  • Support training, benefits administration (medical, transport, wellness), and vendor coordination.
  • Help maintain and update HR policies, and assist with Compliance and related training activities.
Qualifications
  • One year of professional experience in in a multinational company within the FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of Italian labour law and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL industria alimentare).
  • A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset — someone who can take initiative and manage their own work.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Good command of MS Office; familiarity with payroll or time management systems would be a nice plus.
