Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – on behalf of a prestigious multinational consulting company, aiming to strengthen its Payroll team, has been entrusted with the search for the following professional profile:

PAYROLL DIRECTOR

Reporting directly to the HR Director, the selected candidate will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Lead a structured team of specialists dedicated to outsourced global payroll management, personnel administration, and labor consulting.
  • Coordinate and guide the team in payroll processing and HR administration activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all internal operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities to guarantee compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and the identification of innovative and process‑enhancing solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in multinational consulting firms within HR administration functions.
  • A degree in Law or Economics; professional certification is a mandatory requirement.
  • Excellent knowledge of current national payroll regulations, full‑cycle HR administration practices, and application of major national collective labor agreements (CCNL).
  • Familiarity with processes and key software solutions for payroll administration, including international project contexts.
  • Focus on implementing structured processes and digital transformation, including AI integration.
  • Proven experience in team management, with strong skills in motivation, training, and development.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strategic vision, and ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
