Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Pastry Commis de Partie - Pastry. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, desserts, ice creams, and other sweet creations, ensuring the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
The position is at the D1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract's minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
