A leading automotive company in Italy seeks a Professional Sales Manager (PSM) responsible for achieving sales and margin goals in a designated area. The ideal candidate will focus on maximizing customer loyalty, optimize service workshops, and implement action plans to enhance turnover. Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of market dynamics are essential for success in this role.
The PSM is responsible for achieving Gross Sales and Gross Margin goals in a specific area of responsibility. It must guarantee results of increased sales and improved market share also for authorized workshops through sales on the local market.
The PSM has the task of maximizing customer loyalty towards the Iveco Service network, optimizing the repair capabilities of the workshops in terms of working hours and facilitating the development of the right assistance processes.
Ensure the study and application of a sales incentive promotion program plans if necessary to recover market share
Share service performance with dealer owners and support the implementation of improvement plan
Support workshops in measuring performance and optimizing labor and spare parts billing
analyze OE and IAM competition scenario in terms of sales, price positioning and logistic rules
