The Parts Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing the spare parts and accessories business for MG Italy, defining commercial strategies, monitoring performance, and supporting the dealer network to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

Spare Parts and Accessories Business Development

  • Propose to the Service Management the sales development strategy for spare parts through business plans, defining commercial and distribution policies across various markets.
  • Analyze sales data to prepare budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
  • Define product/service positioning compared to key competitors.
  • Implement development actions with external partners (retailers, installers, service centers).
  • Contribute to identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for dealerships and authorized service points.

Operational Support to the Dealer Network

  • Create new dealer profiles in spare parts portals.
  • Organize and deliver training courses on parts portals (DCS, EPC, MG Care).
  • Provide support in identifying spare parts in the catalogue.
  • Monitor orders, shipments, invoices, and manage claims.

Internal Interactions

  • Parts Department: monitoring supply levels and urgent orders.
  • Technical Department: technical details on components.
  • Administration: coordination of payments and overdue checks.

Role Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office and previous experience with company ERP systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in aftersales activities related to the role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and proactiveness.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to identify unmet customer needs.
