What we are looking for:

In the role of Partnership & Retail Coordinator you will provide strategic support in the development and execution of marketing partnerships and retail initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to contribute to brand awareness, visibility, and business development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Strategic Marketing Director in developing a worldwide partnership timeline aimed at brand elevation and HNWI client recruitment.
  • Identify relevant luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and design brands for potential partnerships and co-branded activations to amplify the brand reach and visibility of all assets.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from ideation and pitch to execution and performance analysis. Work cross-functionally with key departments to ensure delivery of the projects on time and on budget.
  • Manage external partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of brand collaborations and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with PR, digital, and operations teams to integrate partnerships across all touchpoints.
  • Work with Branding team to create effective messaging, sales tools, and POS collateral for all third-party collaborations.
  • Set KPIs and measure the success of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and insights. Optimize future collaborations based on data, feedback, and evolving market trends.
  • Build a yearly calendar of Retail collection launches for all Italian assets, anticipating future needs and giving visibility to all involved parties.
  • Coordination of merchandising and operational Retail plan in collaboration with Orient Express central team.
  • Identify opportunities for new product categories and brand collaborations to drive substantial growth, using market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Branding and Interior Design team for VM of Retail products for all assets.
  • Project manage the production side of packaging, stationery and labelling linked to the Retail project. Work with Purchasing and Branding team to prepare a brief to share with suppliers, to compare costs and product quality.
  • Long term, management of an eCommerce digital platform for Retail for all assets, in collaboration with Orient Express central team.
  • Work with the eCommerce and Digital teams to support online Retail initiatives, including content, CRM, and paid campaigns.
  • Creation of a Retail Excellence manual for product and staff training.
  • Give visibility to stakeholders on the activities implemented.
  • Deliver on brief, on time and on budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, retail coordination, or hospitality marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury retail sector is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
