A growing eCommerce company in Milan seeks a Partner Growth Manager to build partnerships with luxury and contemporary brands. This role involves developing growth strategies, monitoring performance KPIs, and acting as the primary contact for partners. Ideal candidates should have B2B Key Account Management experience and strong English communication skills. As a Partner Growth Manager, you will build long‑term partnerships and drive business growth for our top tier Partners by joining our amazing team in the Milan office.
You will collaborate with top tier Luxury & Contemporary Partners to drive their success through developing a customised growth strategy in order to maximise sales, increase high‑demand stock level and optimise profitability on the long term.
You will support our top tier Partners in navigating the Miinto ecosystem to fulfil their business needs while achieving Miinto company targets at the same time.
In joining our team as a Partner Growth Manager, you will also secure strong implementation and buy‑in on new initiatives and new project roll‑outs, acting as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.
