A global language training provider is seeking Cold Callers to help develop their B2B market across Europe. You will engage with HR and Training Managers to generate leads and schedule meetings. Strong cold calling experience and English fluency are essential. The role starts part-time at 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time hours based on performance. This is a freelance position with fixed remuneration plus commission, offering an excellent learning opportunity.

We're looking for Cold Callers to pass leads to our Business Developers in order to develop our B2B market with HR and Training Managers in Europe.

Your motivation and drive are the keys to success at mYngle. You will learn about the mYngle-world and online language training, learning the ""new way"", at distance, leveraging the internet revolution.

Tasks
  • Cold calling to schedule phone meetings or meetings with Corporates
  • Prospecting global leads for all companies in your territory through cold calling, making companies interested in our services and creating appointments
  • Work together with your peers to position mYngle within your territory
Requirements
  • Strong experience in cold calling
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills with result-oriented mind
  • Correct work environment in place (stable broadband internet connection, quiet surrounding)

The role is available for 20 hours / week starting December 2025

  • Based on performance and your availability this can also become 40 hours / week as a Business Developer
