Revolut is seeking a Paralegal to support the Disputes team in Italy. You will run internal fact-finding investigations, assist in handling external dispute resolution complaints, and work on early-stage or less complex litigation.

You will identify and resolve legal issues, collaborate across internal teams, and help manage external legal spend. The role requires a law degree from an Italian university, fluency in English and Italian, and strong organizational skills.

About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Paralegal to support the Disputes team on their daily tasks and responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

What you'll need

• A law degree from a university in Italy
• Fluency in English and Italian

• An interest in fintech
• Experience or internship as a paralegal, legal assistant, or lawyer in Italy (law firm or in house)

Compensation range

• Italy: €38,700 - €43,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
