Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services thatoptimizethe extraction,productionand processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our teamis part of the Quality Assurance (QA) of the manufacturing for Florence and Massa and is responsible of the KPI monitoring and definition of the continuous improvement roadmap.

Partner with the best

The Packaging Process Quality Engineer is based in Massa and will:

  • Lead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, workstation audits and overall quality initiatives
  • Provide answer to customer’s issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan
  • Drive the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction, with special focus on the analysis of the escaping defects to site, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformity
  • Leads reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance
  • Keep connection with Massa and Florence Plant ENG & Quality team to align MFG processes and share quality initiatives/issues
  • Be responsible for verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects
  • Be responsible for guaranteeing that the process for Non-Conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented
  • Drive and assure special and critical processes qualification & control
  • Drive and maintain qualification of farm-in activities
  • Be responsible for Quality Assurance for the Cell, ensuring that all functions are committed to ISO standards performing workstation audits and supporting PQO activities.
