Colgate-Palmolive Castiglione delle Stiviere, Italy, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Packaging to lead production-improvement projects. You will manage cross-functional teams across S&T, Production, Maintenance, Quality and EHS to ensure asset utilization and operating efficiency while complying with safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering and 5 years in automated production; a hybrid working model with relocation assistance is available.

Competenze

Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
5 years of Engineering experience in a highly automated Production environment.
Strong cross-organizational collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Develops and implements new production systems, processes and work methods.
Implements AM activities and monitors progress.
Plans tasks and reports progress regularly.
Monitors progress and initiates corrective actions as needed.
Develops contingency plans and delivers projects on time and budget.
Coordinates training and ensures compliance with EHS and quality standards.
Oversees site preparation, installation, and startup with contractors and internal teams.
Provides input on standards and codes for project design and installations.
