A healthcare organization in Milano is seeking a P, R & HEOR Manager to develop competitive market access strategies for products. You will work cross-functionally to overcome access challenges and provide insights on the healthcare landscape. Ideal candidates will have experience in the pharmaceutical sector and strong knowledge in health economics and market access. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• At least 4 years in the pharmaceutical sector with 2-3 years in Market Access or HEOR roles.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong technical knowledge in disciplines like pricing, HEOR, statistics, and epidemiology.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the market access plan for products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome access challenges.
