Partner with the best

As Outages Sales & Operations Manager you will be a key agent in improving processes, tools and data quality aiming to achieve a better demand forecasting. The role will involve collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, from Regions to Process & Tools and periodically report strategic KPI to GTS leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monthly GTS CSA High Calories events KPI reporting into IET Bowler and GTS leadership team
  • Leading and Controlling Monthly My Outage data: quality KPIs measurement and reporting to Regional teams
  • Supporting Regional team on business analysis when related to outages trend both for short term and long-term planning – providing Outages data for CSA, MMP and TX to support Quarterly OTR business review preparation
  • Continuous improvement of demand gathering process and tools from a functional point, including but not limited to My Outage improvement, dashboards improvement and development.
  • Functional support on monthly Aeroderivative demand gathering and quarterly Heavy-Duty demand gathering processes.
  • Building and maintaining a trustful relationship with regional and HQ teams to facilitate processes and communication

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Extensive knowledge of business plans, Project Planning, and execution of all elements of Project Execution Plans
  • Naturally able to work in cross functional team and capable of leading by influence
  • Have solid analytical and computer skills to define functional specifications or create statistical reports and business intelligence dashboards, tools definition and improvement and run optimization programs
  • Able to manage multi-task activities effectively and balance priorities in a volatile, fast-moving, time-sensitive environment
