A leading multinational firm in retail and wholesale is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager for Operations in Pavia. This role involves overseeing the development of the Operations department, managing change initiatives, and ensuring effective governance. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree, 10-15 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in project and change management, as well as fluent English.

Competenze

  • 10-15 years of experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies.
  • Knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projects.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Job Description:

Our Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an:

Organizational Development Manager – Operations

The resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Organizational Design: develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones
  • Organization Development: to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation
  • Change Management: act as a change agent supporting the business
  • Project Management: manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level
  • Governance: plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structured

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or related Field
  • 10 -15 years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projects
  • Stakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change Management
  • Background in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and Improvement
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization
  • English fluent, any other language is considered a plus
