Ferrero is seeking an Organization & Improvement Manager to shape and drive organizational evolution across the Italian Region. You will partner with leaders to implement strategies, designs, and process improvements that enable growth and operational excellence, spanning commercial, industrial, and supporting functions.
You will lead multi-disciplinary initiatives, manage project portfolios, and foster collaboration across stakeholders to ensure sustainable change and business impact.
As an Organization & Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving Ferrero’s organizational evolution across the Italian Region. Reporting to the O&I Region Italy Manager, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of organizational strategies, transformation initiatives, and process improvement programs that support business growth and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders, People Business Partners, and functional stakeholders, you will connect strategic objectives with organizational design solutions. Your mission will be to help build efficient structures, optimize processes, and enable change across commercial, industrial, and support functions.
The role is classified at Level Quadro Funzionario under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 15% of base salary.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
