Nokia is seeking a Demand Planning professional to shape global forecasting for NI ON Optics products from Italy. You will develop and maintain global demand plans, translate data into insights, and lead review meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and strong delivery performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring order income against plans, analyzing trends, and mitigating E&O and lead-time risks.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Data Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of forecasting techniques including machine learning.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex data.
• Proven experience leading demand review meetings and achieving consensus among stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

In this role you will support global demand planning for NI ON Optics products, enabling profitable growth through accurate forecasting and proactive risk management. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, drive demand review meetings, and improve delivery and planning accuracy.
