A leading IT consultancy in Italy seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect / Senior HCM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience and be proficient in handling end-to-end solution design for cloud implementations. Responsibilities include leading architecture design, overseeing project deliverables, and developing secure cloud strategies for HCM applications.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong HR domain knowledge.
• Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Proficiency in HDL & HSDL for HCM business objects.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Architect / Senior HCM Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect / Senior HCM Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across HCM modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, architecture, integrations, and strategic initiatives for enterprise-level Oracle HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud strategies for HCM applications.
• Perform functional review and verification of HCM modules and project deliverables.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing (including integration testing), report validation, and data migration activities.
• Drive data validation strategy and coordinate with downstream system owners for integration impact analysis.
• Lead technical design sessions for integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Consolidate and optimize applications, integrations, and HCM processes across the landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong HR domain knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Talent & Learning and a high-level understanding of Payroll, Helpdesk, Compensation, Time & Labour, etc.
• Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Architect or Senior Consultant, involved in end-to-end solution design.
• Proven experience across at least three full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Data Security in HCM.
• Experience in OIC integrations across HCM modules and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Redwood UX adoption and its impact on HCM implementations.
• Experience building reports using BIP and OTBI.
• Knowledge of HCM Extracts for outbound interfaces and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in HDL & HSDL for HCM business objects.
• Understanding of OCI for environment provisioning, upgrades, and security.
