Job Opening: Supply Chain & Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee procurement, team management, catering, and quality control in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage weekly orders of raw materials, packaging, beverages, and equipment. Maintain effective relationships with local and national suppliers. Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, food costs, and margins. Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.
- Staffing & Team Management: Collaborate in recruiting and training kitchen and service staff. Manage shifts, attendance, and operational needs based on sales forecasts. Ensure a collaborative and motivating work environment. Supervise team performance focusing on efficiency, service quality, and policy adherence.
- Catering & Events: Plan, organize, and coordinate external catering events (private, corporate, pop-up). Handle logistics, transportation, materials, menus, and staffing for each event. Maintain direct contact with clients to ensure quality and punctuality of service.
- Quality Control & Operational Standards: Enforce HACCP regulations and hygiene standards. Monitor operational performance indicators such as food cost, labor cost, average ticket, and customer satisfaction. Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in F&B sector
- Skills in operational management and process improvement
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Solid leadership, team coordination, and conflict management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (onsite + remote)
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related scientific fields
