A dynamic startup in Padova is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage customer onboarding and develop commercial strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills and a degree in a relevant field. You will support key partnerships and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure growth and client satisfaction. The position is for 4 months with potential for extension.

Competenze

  • Working experience in sales/operations.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience in Mobility & transportation field is a plus.

About The Job

As a startup the environment is changing from day to day, so the tasks differ too. You will help Volvero with key commercial activities to help company growth. You will talk directly to potential partnerships and be in charge of maintaining customer care, as well as support management in core operational activities. The position is offered for a period of 4 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Working experience in sales/operations
  • Professional proficiency in English and Italian
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • Experience in Mobility & transportation field
  • Knowledge of ESG and other impact assessment tools is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are paramount as the position involves liaising with customers and potential partners
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing support in customer onboarding for both business and private clients
  • Managing app dashboard and ensuring customer profiles meet legal and safety requirements
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
