Competenze

Eyes of Rome, a tour operator offering private, high-quality experiences across Rome, Italy, and France, is currently looking for an Operations Agent to join the team.

Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating tickets, planning itineraries, and allocating key resources such as tour guides and drivers. This role also involves direct communication and collaboration with both Italian and international partners to manage requests and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tourism/travel industry
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher)
  • Proficiency in Windows and Google Workspace environments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of effective teamwork
  • Background in sales, particularly in guided or private tours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German)
  • Experience with ticketing systems for museums and monuments in Rome
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
