Dow Italy seeks a chemical/mechanical/electrical materials scientist or engineer to support daily operations, promote safety and reliability, and lead corrective actions during unplanned events. You will analyze KPIs and collaborate with SMEs to implement optimized technical solutions, driving continuous improvement across plants.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, fluency in Italian and English, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• You have between 0 to 3 years of experience
• You speak fluent Italian and English.

Salary range

The below gross salary range is specific to this role in the following location: Italy

Annualized: €35.700 - €63.420

Monthly: €2.550 - €4.530 Monthly - 14

This role may be based in multiple locations; salary ranges may vary by location or country to ensure market relevance. Final pay is determined with consideration of relevant experience, depth of expertise, and skills. Where required by law, alternate location‑specific ranges will be communicated prior to the interview.
