Responsibilities

• Execution of the production plan in terms of quantity and quality, in compliance with production, safety, health, and environmental standards, while optimizing and controlling costs, yields, and resources; monitoring essential operating conditions and assessing and resolving any related anomalies.
• Monitoring and controlling process parameters in relation to intermediate and finished product characteristics to guarantee product property consistency and studying possible operational improvements, both structural and procedural.
• Developing, maintaining, and improving aspects related to Environmental, Energy, Quality, and Safety Management Systems and those covered by the 20 INEOS Safety Principles, both behavioral and process.
