Overview

OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist / Manager to architect the operational backbone of our OSL Pay division, ensuring a world-class experience for our merchants and driving the adoption of crypto payments.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end merchant lifecycle, from technical integration and launch to ongoing growth strategy and optimization.
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and service quality at scale.
  • Act as the central point for resolving complex merchant issues, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure swift resolution.

  • 3+ years of experience in merchant operations or customer success within payments, FinTech, or a related internet industry.
