A luxury boutique hotel near Siena is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards. The role requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, familiarity with hotel systems, and the ability to work flexible hours. The selected candidate will act as a Managing Director with full legal responsibility, collaborating directly with the Hotel Director and Ownership for the hotel's performance and management. • No legal restrictions to act as a Managing Director in Italy.
