Job summary

ITA FedEx Express Italy s.r.l. in San Pietro Mosezzo is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will react quickly to breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high equipment availability while following health and safety standards.

The role offers on-site work with comprehensive training and development opportunities. Salary ranges from €33,900 to €38,700 gross per year, depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance and MHE/automation systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• React quickly to breakdowns, communicate with affected parties, and fix issues.
• Provide high levels of equipment availability to internal customers.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on site equipment.
• Adhere to health & safety standards and regulations.

What you will be doing:

React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue; Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements; Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers. Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations; Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.

What do you bring with you:

Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
Experience fault finding within MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/Automation systems.

Experience in interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings.
Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters
Experience of sortation machines

Experience with CMMS
