What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Communicate significant trip details to vendors, suppliers, and other relevant individuals
  • Assist the Regional Operations Manager with day-to-day operational activities
  • Identify and resolve problems in the operations process efficiently
  • Manage financial tasks including invoice reconciliation and budget validation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and regional geography
  • Financial acumen with experience in invoice reconciliation and cost control
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience as a tour leader
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and general computer proficiency
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
