What You’ll Do :

• Manage contract execution and sales order processes
• Coordinate between HQ and local teams for seamless delivery
• Handle customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments
• Prepare reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance
• Issue commercial invoices and monitor payment flows
• Oversee credit insurance and mitigate payment risks
• Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence

What You Bring :

• Experience the solar / energy sector (a big plus!) Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics
• Familiarity with invoicing and shipping processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of Italian business administration
