Mangia’s Sardinia Resorts is looking for an Operation Manager. The role offers the opportunity toEnsure seamless daily operations across key departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Guest Services), upholding Mangia’s brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with international luxury hospitality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities, optimizing workflows and resource allocation
• Monitor service, quality, and efficiency KPIs, implementing corrective actions where needed
• Support the General Manager in strategic planning and achieving performance targets
• Lead department teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and continuous development
• Manage VIP guest relations and resolve issues with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability regulations
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
• Maintain high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints of the guest journey
• Contribute to brand consistency and operational excellence through cross‑departmental coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational roles within upscale or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and results‑driven mindset
• In‑depth knowledge of Rooms and F&B operations; management background preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with PMS systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑centric approach
