As part of the Finance Department IT Team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact on all IT-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive and innovative suggestions for change.
• Manage the process of change driven by the Group effectively and by following the Project Governances best practices.
• Manage resources in IT local Dept.
• Responsible for Annual Country IT Budget.
• Assist in the implementation and major modifications to the infrastructure of the Country.
• Oversee the respect of the Security rules (I.e. GDPR) at the Country level as established by the Corporate Security Department
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Companys infrastructure
• Responsible for fixed and mobile Country Network
• Oversee all help desk activities (performed by 3rd parties) at the Country level.
• Oversee troubleshooting and interventions and provides experienced support when necessary
• Respond to escalated help desk issues or diverts them to the European Support Teams.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manages the local purchase of hardware and software products within the Groups policies and international agreements.
• Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs
• Effectively communicate relevant IT-related information to superiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• 5 years of IT management experience.
• Strong IT infrastructure and operations management skills.
• Expertise in network administration cybersecurity and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Project and change management experience preferred.
