The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in IT support and familiarity with tools like SCCM and ServiceNow. Strong English and Italian communication skills are required. This role offers a freelance/B2B contract for 1 year in Modena, Italy.

Competenze

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and problem management.
  • Experience with Windows OS and basic MAC device handling.
