Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to monitor oncology/hematology trials across the assigned region. You will perform site feasibility, initiation and routine monitoring per ICH-GCP, SOPs, and report findings to the Clinical Operations team.

Requirements include a BS in a scientific discipline, 2+ years of monitoring experience, fluent English and Italian, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant scientific discipline and minimum of 2 years of monitoring experience.
• Experience in oncology global trials preferred.
• Understands clinical trial processes with knowledge of ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site identification, selection and evaluation.
• Provide protocol and study training to sites.
• Conduct monitoring visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, closeout).
• Manage site performance: regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, data queries.
• Establish regular communication with sites and report progress to Clinical Operations.
• Ensure inspection readiness of study and sites.
• Collaborate to ensure timely milestones (startup, recruitment, analyses, closeout).
