A tech company specializing in operational systems is seeking an Onboarding Lead to drive customer implementations from start to finish. You will manage processes and ensure timely onboarding across diverse manufacturing clients while building scalable onboarding solutions. Ideal candidates have experience in ERP systems, strong project management abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with clients. This full-time role offers a salary range of €40k to €60k plus stock options and allows for remote work with occasional visits to the Milan office.

Competenze

• Experience leading implementations of ERP, WMS/MES, PLM, OMS, or workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to turn messy inputs into clean workflows.
• Comfortable with APIs, data models, triggers, and integrations.

• Lead customers from 'signed' to 'live' with a structured onboarding plan.
• Map chaotic processes into clean workflows.
