The role
You’ll join a small, fast-moving team where you own onboarding end-to-end — from understanding a customer’s messy processes to getting them live on Arke in just a few weeks.
You won’t just run onboarding: you’ll build the onboarding engine that will scale across dozens of manufacturing companies.
You’ll be the bridge between customers, product, and engineering. What you design will directly shape how manufacturers work, make decisions, and run their operations.
